Eligibility
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Given the digital nature of Delta Premium, once access has been granted we may not be able to offer a refund. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us with your order details and reason.
How to request a refund
Send your refund request using the contact method provided in your purchase confirmation email. Include your email, order or payment reference, and a brief explanation. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Payment provider
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Any refund we approve will be processed through the same channel; timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
